ПРОУЧВАНИЯ НА RHIZOPUS NIGRICANS

Abstract

Strains of Rhizopus nigricans are studied cytochemically. The findings show low-polymeric phosphates, high-polymeric phosphates - DNA (desoxyribonucleic acid) and RNA (ribonucleic acid), predomination of lipids in the early stages of development of the culture and gradual reduction, till complete disappearing. Protease and amylase are not demonstrated in the strains investigated.

The amino acid content study shows that asparagin, histidine, lysin and glycocoll production occurs during the cultivation in nutrient, Czapek- Dox culture medium.
