Fever of unknown origin: Clinical and laboratory characteristics

Abstract

Fever of unknown origin (FUO) is an interesting medical problem. The causes of FUO are more than 200 diseases. Good skills are required of the physicians in the field of diagnostic follow up. The aim of the present review was to analyze some clinical and laboratory characteristics in case of FUO.
