Influence Of Modern Problems In The Organization Of Nursing Activities On The Quality Of Health Care

Abstract

Nurses have a key role in providing comprehensive and accessible health care. With their humane attitude and perseverance, they participate in the struggle to achieve a long life in good health, meeting every health challenge. In their practice, guided by charity and dedication, they put health and saving lives above all else. With the competent work of each nurse, the healthcare system is built to meet the health needs of the population.

Objective: Based on the opinion expressed by nurses and health care users, to outline the problems in the implementation of health care, as well as to analyze the impact they have on their quality.

Materials and methods: Documentary method - research of medical literature, documentation and normative documents on the subject; Sociological method - self-developed survey card for the study of public opinion; Statistical methods for data analysis and interpretation with a view to revealing the observed phenomena and their interdependencies. The study was conducted in the period 2019-2020.

Results and discussion:The largest part of the surveyed nurses identified the low pay in the structure and the insufficient number of specialists as the main problems (85%). A large share indicated the outdated legal framework as the reason for poor organization of the work process (37.5%). Part of the respondents indicated stress at the workplace (27.5%) and bad management (15%) as the reason for the poor functioning of the structure. A large part of health care consumers define the nurse as a specialist with good professional training (75.98%), while a small part share that it is necessary to improve the nurse's communication skills (11.35%).
