Prevention and promotion of family planning are of primary importance at the core of midwifery activities in modern health care. Reproductive hygiene, the sexual culture of husbands and the health attitude to intimacy, sexually transmitted diseases, pregnancy and birth are built under the influence of a complex complex of medical-social, psychological, economic and biological factors. Conservative attitudes and traditional gender norms limit women's abilities to engage in safer sexual behaviors, contribute to ignoring sexual health education, and hinder access to health services both now and in the future The effectiveness of the conducted research is far from our expectations and the requirements for the respondents' need for modern preventive obstetric activity. Their wishes are a serious prerequisite for searching for new opportunities. The theory and practice of the current midwife is a real fact and a practical opportunity to improve treatment results regarding sexually transmitted diseases and unwanted pregnancies, even in single cases this should not be beyond the scope of general medicine and obstetrics in particular.
