Abstract

In recent years, the changes in the Bulgarian economy, strong competition, changes in consumer needs and increased demand on goods, technology development and the opening of our country to world markets, have radically changed the general environment and that of organizations and have lead to the establishment of a consumer-oriented market .

The experience of countries with a well-developed market economy is of great importance for the reorganization of our economy, and marketing is an essential part of the business sphere of these countries. Bulgarian companies are aware of the need to master the fundamental knowledge related to the marketing approach in their management and implement it in their real activities
