Introduction and Aim: Changing climatic conditions threaten maternal health by bringing many environmental disasters. The aim of this review is to examine the effects of climate change, which has become a global problem, on the health of pregnant women in the light of the literature.
Material and methods: Google academy and Pubmed databases were searched using the keywords "climate change, climate crisis, pregnancy, maternal health". The results of randomized controlled studies and systematic reviews published in recent years were examined.

Conclusion: Climate changes lead to many factors that directly affect maternal health. In order to protect maternal health and achieve sustainable development goals, it is of great importance to combat climate change, take the necessary measures and implement appropriate policies.
