The subject of the study are the means of synchronous and asynchronous communication used in teaching Bulgarian as a foreign language. The object of the article is the communication between the teacher and the students in the learning process. The aim is to assess the appropriateness and effectiveness of different feedback mechanisms with students, as well as to measure their preferences for using one or another communication tool.
