Abstract
The paper contains the results of conducted in December 2017 questionnaire survey of 62 officials of Industry Clinical Diagnostic Center of PJSC „Gazprom` - 9 medium-level managers, 21 lower-level managers and 32 medical professions. It is revealed that medical professionals consider that modern healthcare manager should possess excellent personal qualities and teaching skills. In the estimation of managers, the main qualities of medical organisation chief are professional, planning skills and self-actualisation.
