А 70-year-old woman is admitted to the Cardiology Department because of retrosternal pain. The typical angina, ECG changes and apical dyskinesia lead to the diagnosis of acute coronary syndrome. The coronary angiography does not show any significant lesions. The kinetics of left ventricle is fully restored in few days. The final diagnosis is stress-induced cardiomyopathy.
