Dimitar Hristov, Rozen Grigorov

Abstract

Left ventricular thrombosis is frequent complication after anterior myocardial infarction. We present a clinical case of a 49-year-old male, admitted to the hospital with clinical, electrocardiographic, and echocardiographic evidence for acute coronary syndrome with ST elevation, complicated in the course of hospitalization with mural thrombosis. In the article are discussed the guidelines for treatment and other therapeutic possibilities for anticoagulant therapy.
