People with visual disabilities have a specific need of creativity in the area of music and other arts. The cultural center of the blind, created 50 years ago, is a center for practicing and performing these arts. Over the years dozens of visually impaired people have been participating in different schools and art groups. The center is still full of life and can serve as an example for the current pragmatic generations. The power of spirit and the aspiration for creation and beauty of the artists with visual disabilities are admirable and worthy of high appreciation.
