The integration of information data flow in maritime sector results from continued interest to the new era of technologies in which the high level of safety standards bearing in mind the increasing of potential threats and possibility for cyber-attacks in vulnerable areas of critical maritime infrastructure. The implementation of artificial intelligence increases the technical potential for good cooperation between companies in the maritime business. This paper discuss the problems with digitalization and complex automation of process in transport terminals and the role of innovation management in the implementation of effective management processes.
