Business models corresponding to the circular economy faced challenge for restraining of applied entrepreneurship theory. This fact lead to change in the approaches and searching of new, adequate, rational and scientifically based theories, that cross the demand for development of companies. Logistics integration requires companies involved in maritime transport to handle cargoes in a much more flexible and efficient way and to work together by cooperating in order to realize mutual benefits in this integration system. This paper is focused on a study of the dynamic development of entrepreneurial knowledge and on the possibilities for applying modern entrepreneurial theory in the port sector and logistics companies.
