Abstract

In detecting up to the moment more than 200 types doublestranded DNA HPV, by 60 types are observed inclination to malignant transformation. The aim of our investigation hold by Chair of pathology and ENT clinic MHAT „ TSARITZA JOANNA“ –Sofia is to find histological criteria to stadiing the changes in the epithelium from koilocytes. They are displastic squamous cells which are find in potential precancerous lesions in respiratory and proximal part of the digestive tract. We follow the dependence between these correlations and the medical treatment.
