Целта на направеното съвместно проучване е да се обърне внимание върху този относително чест доброкачествен тумор, описан за първи път от Малерб през 1880 година. Заболяването е обикновено солитарно и се разполага по кожата на главата, врата и ръцете на деца. Въпреки че е често срещано, поради понякога безсимптомното му протичане клиницистите рядко му обръщат достатъчно внимание. От друга страна, то затруднява понякога в диференциалнодиагностично отношение и патоанатома. Желанието ни е да представим събрания от нас материал и
да споделим нашите наблюдения и поведение.

The aim of this joint research is to draw the attention to this comparatively rare benign tumor described for the first time by Malherbe in 1880. It is usually a solitary tumor involving the skin of the head, neck and arms especially with children. Although often met because of its some times symptomless course professionals do not pay enough attention to it. On the other hand it some times causes difficulties in the differential diagnosis before pathologists. With this research we would like to present the material we have studied and share our experience in diagnosing and treating the tumor.
