According the world wide medical observations, it’s well seen that the frequency of the skin melanoma maligna is rising quickly. In USA it’s aproximately 3% of all malignant tumors. The rate of the spread of the melanoma maligna is rising, exceeding all another malignant tumors, excluding the lung carcinoma by the women.
We introduce clinical case of melanoma maligma by patient 78 years old, that was operated in the clinic and observed along a period of 2 years.

В световен мащаб се наблюдава се бързо увеличаване на честотата на разпространение на кожния меланом. В САЩ той съставлява приблизително 3% от всички злокачествени новообразувания. Темпът на разпространение на малигнения меланом се е увеличил, така че надминава всички останали малигнени неоплазми с изключение на рака на белите дробове при жените.
Представяме клиничен случай на малигнен меланом при пациент на 78 години, опериран в клиниката и проследяван в продължение на 2 години.
