Abstract

There is a wide range of options in the reconstruction of the anatomically, functionally and cosmetically challenging region of head and neck. The pectoralis major flap has proven its reliability and versatility. We present our personal experience with this flap.

В реконструкцията на комплицирана от анатомофизологична и козметична точка област на главата и шията се използва голямо разнообразие от педикулизирани и свободни ламба. Миокутанното ламбо от големия гръден мускул е доказало своята надеждност и многостранна приложимост. Представяме собствения си опит и дискутираме предимствата и недостатъците на този реконструктивен метод.
