Стрес при обучението по медицина

Abstract

Следването в медицинския университет е свързано с висока честота на депресия, тревожност и стрес. Целта на настоящия обзор е да се представят някои от основните стресови фактори, с които се сблъскват студентите по медицина по време на обучението си. Материалът е обобщение на данните за стресорите, открити при провеждането на множество чуждестранни и няколко национални проучвания. Някои от основните стресови фактори са: недостиг на
време, изпити, финансови проблеми и надпревара за добри оценки, голямо количество материал за заучаване, липса на
време за почивка, страх от провал и сблъскване със страданието и смъртта на пациенти.
