Нови подходи в лечението на дегенеративната аортна стеноза - показания и оценки

Abstract

Дегенеративната аортна стеноза е оценена като социално значим проблем в развитите страни, свързан с по-високата възраст на популацията и по-голямата честота на придружаващи заболявания. Кардиохирургията беше единствената алтернатива за лечение на аортната стеноза до 2007г., когато бяха одобрени за употреба клапните протези за транскатетърно имплантиране. Минимално инвазивния характер на тази процедура и краткия срок за възстановяване и социализация на болните я наложиха като ефективно и предпочитано лечение при болните с висок периоперативен риск.
