Роля на фармацевта за подобряване на контрола на брохиалната астма

Abstract

Бронхиалната астма е едно от най-често срещаните хронични заболявания в световен мащаб. Астмата е свързана със значителен финансов товар за пациента, намалена продължителност и качество на живот, емоционален
и психологически стрес, намалена работоспособност и социална адаптивност. По отношение на здравната система това включва преки и непреки икономически и административни разходи за хоспитализации, лечение, профилактика, персонал, отсъствие от работа или училище и др. Целта на настоящия преглед на публикуваната литература е да
проучи добрите практики за подобряване на контрола на бронхиалната астма и ролята на фармацевта в лечението и профилактиката на заболяването.
