A study is carried out on the enzyme aldolase and succinic dehydrogenase in the lens and vitreous body of cattle. A table is eacolosed about the activity of aldolase, expressed in IU/g fresh tissue. Evidence is submitted for the absence of succinic denydrogenase im the lens and vitreous body.
