The effect of 1 % addition of sapogenate T-13O, exerted on the demineralization action of 0. 1 M solution of Complexon III in ultrasonic milieu over shells venustus, Gibula divaricata and Helix nemoralis is investigated. The superficial tensin of the solutions is demonstrated after the metod of maximal pressure within the vesicle. It is established that addition of 1 % sapogenate T-130 to 0.1 M solution of Complexon III accounts for reduction of the superficial tension of this solution to approximately 45% of the initial one.
An ultrasonic generator was employed for ultrasound treatment. The frequency of ultrasound was 800kHz- 20 %, surface of the vibrator - 8 cm2 and ultrasound power - 1 W/cm2.
The samples were processed for 30-, 60-, 90- and 120 -minute time intervals.
It was established that under the altered conditions of demineralization, the kinetics of the process runs a course of analogical regularity. The latter finding isis explained with the practically identical chemical composition of the objects. In the presence of sapogenate Т-130 and in ultrasound environment, the déminéralisâtion effect of Complexon III is increased two and mors times.
