Comparative studies are undertaken in 165 subjects by resorting to the Aschener-Danini reflеx and to the method of electrophoretic dermogram. In 8,5 % of the in vestigated subjects, the method of Aschner-Danini disclosed a pulse delay exceeding 18 per minute, i. e. they hane shown pronounced vagotonia. In the same individuals, the method of electroohoretic dermogram demonstrated sympathetic hyporeactivity. The increased tone of the parasympathetic nerve in the subjects investigated is explained with the reduced sympathetic tone and cholinesterase activity.
