The LDH isoenzymes of an experimental nephrogenic infarction with rats have been investigated; duration of the infarction being 24 hours and 7 days. The isoenzymic fractions have been divided by means of electrophoresis on culture medium. The nephrogenic Infarction has been caused by ligation of the nephrogenic artery. A relative increase of LDHs'quantity in kidney homogenous tissue is establiched in the case of the infarction with 7 days duration as well as increase of the LDHi quantity in blood from the nephrogenous vein both in the group of rats with nephrogenic infarction with 24 hours limitation and in the group with laparotomy only also with 24 hours duration.
