The author deals in details with the X-rays symptomatics of the oval shades caused by pulmonary stasis, which often are mistaken for other kinds of disease, roentgenologically manifesting themselves as oval forms.
Their characteristic shape and localization in the interlob - when examined in a side position, is being stressed, as well as their disappearing after a consequent cardiotonical treatment.
Three patients are described with erranious diagnosis for echinococcus cyst, peripheric cancer and solitary metastasis respectively.
