Two patients are described with nerve phenomena in infectious mononucleosis which assume the form of peripheral paralysis of the facial nerve, dissociated nystagmus and cerebral and neo-cerebral manifestations. Emphasis is placed on the polymorphism of manifestations in the clinical picture of infectious mononucleosis, which accounts for differential diagnostical difficulties.
