The results are reported of the Toxoplasma gondii, strain RH, in tissue cultures (RH). It is established that the latter strain is readily cultivated in tissue cultures and the method is furthermore estimated as being convenient so far as studying the parasite biology is concerned. The ЧЕФ cells in the tissue cultures are invaded by the toxoplasma organisms, which initiate division therein, forming pairs and thereby rosettes and finally - pseudocysts. All forms described are found in vacuoles. The pseudocysts are established on the 72-nd hour after contamination of the tisssue cultures.
