Abstract
The results are reported of investigations upon demineralization of rude bovine and macerated human bones in 0.1 M amber and maleic acids under conditions of ultrasonic influencing. On the basis of experimental data obtained, it is established that the effect of destructive action, evaluated in compliance with weight reduction ДР and Ca2+ concentration, is stronger during the combined influence exerted by acid and ultrasound as compared to acid alone. It is furthermore established that bony tissue disintegration is stronger with maleic acid in comparison to amber acid. The analogous effect is more strongly pronounced in bovine bones than in human bones.
