The changes in skin electroconductivity are studied against the background of electrophoretic introduction of adrenalin and acetylcholine, following low and high doses`ultrasonic treatment.
After treatment with low doses ultrasound, the electroconductivity is diminished with regard to electrophoretically administered adrenalin and acetylcholine. It is assumed that ultrasound exerts a definite effect upon the neurovegetative and humoral-tissue mechanisms of the skin.
The high doses` treatment leads to enhancement of the electroconductivity by way of influencing the membrane permeability, the intracellular changes of fermentation systems and their special interrelationships.
