ВЪЗРАСТОВИ ИЗМЕНЕНИЯ НА КОЖНАТА ЕЛЕКТРОПРОВОДИМОСТ, ИЗСЛЕДВАНА С МЕТОДА НА ЕЛЕКТРОФОРЕТИЧНАТА ДЕРМОГРАМА

Abstract

A series of 327 individuals distributed into four groups (I group including individuals aged from 7 to 13 years, II - 14 to 24, III - 25 to 45 and IV - 46 to 68) is subjected to studies with the aim of establishing the changes in skin electroconductivity with age. The method employed is the electrophoretic dermogram (EPhDG). Data obtained on cadavers are used for comparison. It is established that the highest value of electroconductivity is obtained during the first measurement at a point of the skin, treated with acetylcholine, this same value being the highest with the first group and reduced along with aging. The value of the second measurement shows a relative increase with growth as compared tox the first measurement (I group - 20 per cent, II - 21.8 per cent, III - 27.9 per cent, IV - 41 per cent and cadavers - 73.8 per cent). The acute angle, formed during the first measurement with acetylcholine, is increased with aging (I - 20°, II - 32°, III - 36°, IV - 49° and cadavers - 115°). In younger age the acetylcholine type dissociation prevails, being interpreted as a sympathetic reactivity. With growth the acetylcholine dissociation recedes to the adrenalin dissociation, which is explained as a parasympathetic reactivity. From theoretical standpoint, this phenomenon is related to the changes in the cellular membrane, due to the production of lypoperoxides, thereupon conditioning the changes in cellular permeability and electrical properties of the membrane.
