А study is carried out on the complex application оf smallpox vaccine and triple vaccine in rabbits. Тhе dynamics of the antibody titer, оf the complement and of lhe skin changes during the vaccine reaction is employed for indiicating the degree of immunity produced. lt is established that during the combined application of smallpox vaccine аnd triple vaccine (I оr II injection), production of antibodies to the antigens contained in the vaccines is induced: the DO аnd VO antibody production during complex application is approximately egual to that during single application, whereas the antitoxin production is completely identical with both methods of vассinе administration. А certain degree of inhibition of antihemagglutinin production is observed during complex application. The negative general and local reaction during revaccination demonstrates however, that a sufficient immunity to smallpox in rabbits is produced in the tower titers of antihemagglutinis as well.
