Valchin Garov, Svetoslav Garov, Dimitar Gugutkov

Abstract

Hospital managers in the 21st century are faced with the difficult task of, on the one hand, effectively using new technologies to improve medical care, and on the other hand, dealing with the challenges associated with their application, such as ensuring secure access to data and complying with changing regulations and legal provisions. As a result of globalization and the dynamics of the environment, innovations are becoming increasingly important to the life of every institution. Through them, organizations have the opportunity to build unique competitive advantages, enabling them to maintain and develop their market positions. Their implementation depends on the innovation culture of the organization’s management in order to achieve higher efficiency.
