The assessment of the risk profile facilitates the process of identification of patients at high risk at the individual, group, and social levels, which considerably supports and optimizes the process of early prevention, prophylaxis, and efficient management of rampant caries. We focus on two clinical cases with primary dentition and one clinical case with mixed dentition. Parallel to the great number of deciduous and permanent teeth affected by an active tooth decay process in these patients, we establish a clinical manifestation of a generalized form of moderate plaque-induced gingivitis. There is a definite necessity of the performance of complex prophylaxis related to the utilization of the potentials of exogenous fluoride prophylaxis, nutrition, and oral hygiene for the improvement of the oral-dental status.
