Recently, there is a rising research interest in the issue of professional competence as a whole and of nursing care specialists` competence involved in medical education and social work. That is why acquisition of professional competence transforms into a basic element of the university medical education under these conditions. It incorporates formation of knowledge and communicative skills in the field of medicine and in other fields. Contemporary medical staff should be capable of competent solving the health problems related to the health of their patients as well as the ethical problems, issues of information service, prevention, negotiation, solution of conflicts, etc.
