Formation Of Professional Competences In Future Health Specialists Through The Methodology Of Training In Health Care

Abstract

The formation of professional competences in future healthcare professionals through the methodology of healthcare training requires the application of modern technologies in medicine. It offers the unification and standardization of its training so that it is mobile and competitive. Its competence to meet the ever-growing needs of the population for quality health care.

The aim of the scientific message is to reveal and outline the role of the health care training methodology for the formation of professional competences in the future healthcare professional. This requires sufficient professional training for high school students to be able to think globally, and to take responsibility for their own professional activity.

Tasks of the survey: to reveal the role of the healthcare training methodology for the formation of professional competences in the future health care professional; to study to what extent does the methodology motivate students to work in a real hospital environment; to determine the level of satisfaction of the students with the use of the methodology of healthcare training for the formation of professional competencies.

The methods used in the survey are questionnaire, programmed interview, observation and pedagogical experiment.

The subject of the survey is the formation of professional competences in students trained for medical specialists through the methodology of training in health care at the Medical University-Varna, Sliven Affiliate.

The object of the survey are the process and conditions under which the methodology of training on health care forms professional competencies in the future healthcare specialists.

The analysis of the results allowed the role and place of the healthcare training methodology for the formation of professional competences in the future healthcare professional to be estimated. It organizes and manages the learning process. It provides active and planned learning, permitting professional and moral knowledge, skills and competencies to be acquired: personal qualities necessary for the future professional activity of each health care specialist.
