Hormonal balance is one of the main factors for maintaining good health and normal functioning of the body. In women, it is crucial not only for the reproductive system, but also for mental well-being, metabolism, immunity and quality of life in general. In recent decades, the occurrence of hormonal disorders at an early age has become increasingly common, raising questions about the causes and influencing factors. Among the most significant are lifestyle - eating habits, physical activity, stress levels, noxious environment, etc.
Aim: To determine the prevalence of various habits and risk factors from everyday life that affect women's hormonal health.
Materials and methods: The following sociological method was used: 118 women were surveyed individually and anonymously in September 2025.
Documentary method, as literary sources examining the subject of this study were analyzed.
Statistical method used in analyzing the results of the own study.
Results and discussion: From the respondents' answers, it is striking that a very small proportion of them do not resort to unhealthy foods (12.3%), 42.9% do not get enough physical activity during the day, and 34.2% identify themselves with a high level of stress.
Conclusion: Building a healthy lifestyle requires a lot of effort from each person throughout life. The survey found that respondents indicated on average 2 habits that they considered harmful to their health.
