Чуждите тела в дихателните пътища при децата все още са един сериозен проблем в ежедневната медицинска дейност, особено когато е налице колебливо и неправилно поведение на домашните лекари, рисковете и усложненията, които могат да бъдат предизвикани от продължителните, без особен успех, консервативни терапии проточили лечението на деца с две разнородни чужди тела или такива двустранно. Само настойчивостта и последователността в действията на педиатри и оториноларинголози-ендоскописти довеждат до трайно излекуване на деца с две различни чужди тела или двустранни такива – зърно от леща и орехова черупка в десния главен бронх или случай със слънчогледови семки запушили двата главни бронха. Авторът още веднъж набляга на изпитаната в практиката доктрина, че при всяко оправдано съмнение за чуждо тяло задължително се прибягва към бронхоскопия с обща анестезия и че за това няма противопоказания. Всяко чуждо тяло може да крие друго такова.

The autors consider the problem of risks and complications which can come as a result of wrong and hesitant behaviour of GP, or continuous and unsuccessful conservative therapies which prolong the treatment of children which two heterogeneous alien bodies or bilateral alien bodies. Only persistence and successiveness in action of pediatricians and otorhinolaryngologists – endoscopists can lead to permanent recovery of children with two heterogenic or bilateral alien bodies. The autors emphasizes on the well-tried doctrine that each justifiable doubt of alien body should lead to a bronchoscopy under general anesthesia and that there are no contra-indication to this. Each alien body may hide another one.
