Представен е опитът с екстракция на трахеобронхиални чужди тела при възрастни за 4 години в Клиниката по оториноларингология. Разгледани са 32 случая с приложен избран снимков материал от радиологичната находка и отделни чужди тела. Обърнато е специално внимание на придружаващите заболявания като предпоставка за аспирация на чужди тела – мозъчносъдова болест (37.5%), лоша дентиция или хранене без протези (18.75%), алкохолизъм (12.5%), тотална ларингектомия (12.5%) ментални разстойства (6.25%). Най-честите чужди тела са ядки (25%), меки хранителни частици (18.75%), зъби и зъбни протези, части от пломби, пластмасови части (по 12.5%). Описани са и два случая на трахеобронхиални чужди тела при ларингектомирани пациенти. В заключение: Аспирацията на чужди тела в трахеобронхиалното дърво е доста по-рядка при възрастни отколкото при деца, предпоставки са различни мозъчно-съдови заболявания или медикаменти, повлияващи съзнанието и нарушаващи фината координация между акта на гълтането и респирацията.

The experience with textraction of tracheobronchial foreign bodies in adults for 4 years at the Clinic of Otorhinolaryngology is reviewed. Cases of 32 patients are presented accompanied with a selection of radiological findings and pictures of actual foreign bodies. Special attention has been given to medical and physical factors as precondition for aspiration – cerebrovascular disease (37.5%), maldentition (18.75%), alcoholism (12.5%), total laryngectomy (12.5%), mental disorders (6.25%). The most common foreign bodies are nuts (25%), soft food particles (18.75%), teeth and prostheses, fillers, plastic parts (12.5% each). Two cases of foreign bodies in the lower respiratory tract in patients with total laryngectomy have been described. Conclusion: Aspiration of foreign bodies in the tracheobronchial tree is rare in adults compared to children, precondition for aspiration are different cerebrovascular disease or medications with effect on conscientiousness and impairing the coordination between the act of swallowing and respiration.
