Карциноми на външния слухов проход

Abstract

Карциномите на темпоралната кост са редки и възлизат на около 0,2% от всички тумори на главата и шията, в това число и метастатичните тумори. Най-често възникват в областта на ушната мида и оттам навлизат във външния слухов проход. Хистологично обикновено се касае за базоцелуларни или спиноцелуларни карциноми. Лечението е изключително хирургично, тъй като лъчетерапията е неефективна. Представяме собствения си опит в лечението на тези тумори, както и ретроспективен анализ на 10-годишен период. Дискутираме особеностите на разпространението и предизвикателствата на en block резецирането на тези тумори.
