Крустозният трахеобронхит е спешно състояние в оториноларингологията, което изисква адекватни мерки и мероприятия за овладяването му. То засяга трахеотомирани болни, поради отпадането на защитната функция на нос, синуси и ларинкс, и има сезонен характер, свързан с ниските температури през зимните месеци.

The tracheobronchitis in patients with tracheotomy is a medical emergency in the otorhinolaryngology, which requires adequate measures to manage it. It affects people with tracheostomas, as a result of removal of the protective function of the nose, sinuses and larynx. It is seasonal disease, associated with low temperatures during winter months. Taking adequate preventive measures is of great importance for the reduction of this cases.
