Abstract
A modification is described for oversuturing perforated parapyloric ulcers with a П- shaped suture, which, without bringing about deformation and constriction of the pyloroduo- denal segment, occludes the perforation and peritonizes it withh a „patch` from the omentum. In fhis fashion, 16 patients were operated upon with vepy good outcome.
