ВЪРХУ КОЛИЧЕСТВЕНИЯ АМИНОКИСЕЛИНЕН СЪСТАВ НА ФИТОХЕМАГЛУТИНИНИТЕ ОТ СЕМЕНАТА НА НЯКОИ НАШИ РАСТИТЕЛНИ ВИДОВЕ

Abstract

Account is given in the paper of the continued systematic investigations on the biological and biochemical properties of phytohemagglutinins, isolated from the seeds of some vegetative species. Division of aminoacids is carried out and their quantity determined according to previously prepared standard curve by means of ascendent paper chromatography. Part of the aminoacids are investigated quantitatively for phytohemagglutinins from the seeds Ph. vulgaris sort Saxa and Red Garden, the species Lathirus aphaca - sort Taldjer, species Soja hispida - sort Adams and the species Pisum sativum - sort Ramonski. It is established that they contain a rather high percentage of the irreplaceable aminoacids. This refers mostly to the valine, phenylalanine, leucine and histidine. The arginine is more frequently found in Lathirus aphaca and Soja hispida, whereas the aspa- rigin mostly in Lathirus aphaca and Pisum sativum.
