ФАРМАКОЛОГИЧНИ ОТНАСЯНИЯ НА НЯКОИ ПРОИЗВОДНИ НА 3-АМИНО-1-ПРОПАНОЛА

Abstract

The results are reported of investigations carried out on the pharmacologica activity of three derivatives of 3-amino- l-propanol-dl-treo-3-amino-2, 3-diphenyl 1-propanol (№ l), dl-treo-methylamino-2, 3-diphenyl- l -propanol (№ 2), dl-erythro 3-amino-2, 3-diphenyl- l-propanol (№ 3). lt is found out that all three derivative display а pronounced leio-myo-depressant action. lt is further established tha they obviate аnd prevent the smooth muscle spasm of isolated intestinal segments, brought about bу acetylcholine, serotonin, histamine and barium chloride. The threoisomers, mainly their nitrogen methylated forms, are more active in both directions. It is poiпted out that the methylsubstituted nitrogen threoisomer is less toxic. The threoisomers manifest also а stronger lосаl anesthetizing effect, but here the substitution of nitrogen with оnе of the methyl groups accounts for the dicrease of this activity.

The possibility is discussed of considering these compounds as analoguesantagonists simultaneously to acetylcholing, serotonin and histamine оn the basis of the property of their molecules of disposiпg themselves in different patterns in the space. In this respect it shoult bе stressed, that data concerning the antagonism between aminopropanol derivatives and serotonin, as well as the assuming of similar compounds as analogues-antagonists of serotonin, are submitted for the first time.
