Considering the great number of alkaloids contained in the plant Vinca mаjоr, it is stated that obtаining of various fraclions with smaller number alkaloids would bе most expedient insofar facilitating the process of disintegration аnd pharmacological investigaiton of the same is concerned. The investigations performed resulted in obtaining seven alkaloidal mixtures. Non-identified alkaloid in pure state with relative weight 140 and reserpin are isolated, employing chromatographic division of column with silicagel as adsorbent.
