Фундаментални разлики между здравния и класическия мениджмънт

Abstract

Потребителите купуват здравни услуги, но всъщност опосредствано търсят здраве. Здравето е капитал и може да се акумулира. Познати понятия от класическия мениджмънт притежават друго значение в здравния. Коренно различна е връзката между предлагането и цените. Строго специфични са понятията опосредствано търсене, оценка на качеството, решение за купуване, асиметрична информираност, обем на покупката, трансфер на собствеността, както и феномена подменящ агент. Липсата на специфични професионални познания в областта на здравния мениджмънт не може да се компенсира.
