Социален капитал в общността - необходимо условие за развитие на здравеопазването

Abstract

В здравеопазването се заговори отново за необходимостта от създаване и поддържане на социален капитал поради причини, свързани със: 1) нарастващата нужда от доверие между пациент и лекар, между здравните специалисти и между представителите от различните нивà в здравеопазването; 2) възникването на нови, включително и дигитални, форми на предлагане на здраве, базирани на иновативни платформи, изискващи доверие при размяната на услуги; 3) развитието на стратегии за равен достъп до здравеопазването и повишаване на качеството на здравните услуги. В настоящата статия се представя теоретичен и емпиричен обзор на социалния капитал и неговата връзка със здравето.
Дискутират се изследвания в тази посока, които доказват ролята на социалния капитал за осигуряване на иновативни,
качествени и достъпни здравни услуги.
