Abstract

Въвеждането на иновативни методи и технологии за диагностика и лечение е процес от ключово значение за развитието на медицината. Лабораторните изследвания, подпомагащи поставянето на правилна диагноза и проследяването на заболяванията са основани на принципите и стандартите за
добра медицинска практика. Целта на настоящата статия е да се проучат и представят някои от иновативните методи на базата на РОСТ, използвани за контрол на хронични заболявания. Материал и методи: ретроспективен анализ, обхващащ 31 научни публикации, представящи ползите от прилагането
на POCT в лабораторната диагностика. Представени са перспективите и възможните ползи на тестовете, провеждани в дома на пациентите или от тях самите.
