Attitudes and readiness for change in multiprofile hospital for active treatment `Dobrich` AD

Abstract

The article analyses the need for change; priorities, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and challenges in the healthcare institution from the point of view of its staff. The conclusion drawn is that the employees of MHAT `Dobrich` largely accept the need for changes in the present management model of the institution. Among the main reasons for resistance to change are the lack of information and training, followed by insufficient funds and professional preparation.
